1. When does my account get activated?
Your hosting account is activated for the domain name that you specify during registration. It takes us 24-48 hours to activate your account. We will send a confirmation e-mail upon activation which will contain your cpanel information as well as FTP information. You will have to change your nameservers with your domain registrar and your domain may take another 48-72 hours to propagate to our servers. |

2. How do I change my nameservers?
Log in to your domain registrar control panel and you could change your nameservers there. |

3. What is my FTP information? How do I upload files?
Your FTP information will be sent to you in your confirmation e-mail. You can upload files through any FTP client like Cute FTP or WS FTP or even through Internet explorer. |

4. I am unable to FTP. What do I do?

5. How do I login to my Cpanel?
You can login to your Cpanel using link, username and password provided to you in confirmation e-mail. |

6. How do I upgrade my plan?
Plan upgradation can be done directly through our plans page by selecting the upgrade and making payment. Upgrades will be made within 48 hours of your submitting the request. |
